I ordered this from hutchmountain.com for the propane setup on my camper, and first impression was good. The parts felt sturdy, and the safety info was clear enough that I wasn’t second-guessing every step.
The install itself went okay, though I did catch a faint gas smell at first, which definitely made me slow down a bit. I went back over the fittings a few times and used the soapy water test, and that pointed me to where it needed a little more tightening.

Since then, it’s been holding with no leaks that I can find. Overall it does the job, but let’s just say I was expecting something that inspired a little more confidence right out of the box.

I ordered from hutchmountain.com and the packaging was good. The box wasn’t all beat up or anything, and everything inside had enough padding so it doesn’t really move around much.

I’m giving it 4 stars just because there was a bit too much tape and extra packing stuff I had to toss out, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall it arrive safely and you could tell they packed it with care.

I’ll be honest, after I paid I got a little suspicious and wondered if everything would actually show up as expected. But it all worked out fine, I got exactly what I needed and didn’t run into any issues.

First impression? Hutch Mountain’s site was just easy to use. I’m quick to judge a website if it feels clunky, but this one loaded fast and I didn’t have to dig around forever to find what I was after.
The product info was straightforward, checkout was simple, and there wasn’t a bunch of annoying pop-up stuff getting in the way. it was just a smooth experience all around.

I ordered the kit and, for the most part, the instructions were easy enough to follow. A couple of the steps really could’ve used better pictures though, so whoever runs this should probably take another look at that. Still, I got everything installed without having to guess too much

I switched my generator over to natural gas and, i pretty much assumed it would run smoother that way, and it does. The install took a little fiddling to get right, but once it was set up, it ran good with no real issues

I had an issue with my setup and emailed Hutch Mountain even though I was basically 100% sure I had no idea what I was asking for. They got back to me fast and explained everything in simple steps that actually made sense.

I’m definitely not the handiest person with this kind of stuff, but they were patient the whole time and never made me feel dumb for asking questions. Everything is working perfectly now, so yeah, easiest 5 stars ever.

I had to wait a little longer than expected for a reply, and you definitely notice when the response time feels slow overall.

My engine definitely starts better than it used to, but some mornings it still takes a couple tries. It’s not terrible, just a little frustrating because it feels avoidable. I was hoping it would be more consistent overall

It worked on the first try and runs great on gas. That’s really all you can ask for—something that does what it’s supposed to do without any hassle. Seems only fair to give credit where it’s due.

The product does work fine and it feels solid, so I can’t really complain about the quality. But after I paid, I started feeling a bit uneasy because for the price I expected something a little more impressive. It’s not bad overall, I’m just not totally convinced it was the best value for the money.
